Training Information

What types of lessons are offered?

We offer pitching lessons or combined pitching and weight training sessions for youth to college players. Hitting lessons are also offered. We also offer hitting and pitching lessons during the same time slot.

How long are the sessions?

Pitching lessons last one hour, while combined pitching and lift training sessions last one hour and thirty minutes. Hitting lessons can be thirty minutes or one hour.

What age groups do you train?

We train baseball players from youth levels up to college, focusing on skill development and mechanics.

What is the training focus?

Our training focuses are pitching mechanics, velocity improvement, recovery, and youth development. For hitting, it is swing mechanics like stance and balance, loading and timing, bat path, and follow-through. We also focus on pitch recognization and approach and strength development.
